Historically, our gift card didn't get a lot of attention and the overall gifting experience was minimal.
The new experience now includes a gift card shop with multiple card designs that are refreshed every quarter providing our customers with a seamless convenience.
I wanted to offer our customers a more personalized gifting experience. This was a huge cross-team effort that included 8 teams to make this happen. To ensure all were on the same page, I mapped out a user flow showing a customer's journey to a gift card shop and successfully purchasing a gift card.
